She steers nonprofits toward stability and impact by strengthening collaboration, maximizing revenue, and optimizing program delivery.


Michele excels at major gifts, annual campaigns, membership drives, capital projects, grants, board development, and streamlining operations. Her communication and storytelling strengths build sustainable relationships between donors, staff, and communities served. She adeptly guides organizations through scaling, growth, transitions, turnarounds, and crises.


Through her boutique agency, MW Strategies, Michele provides personalized support to strengthen small and mid-sized ($100K-$5M) nonprofit organizations across the arts, education, health, and humanities sectors. She digs into the details around programming, finance, and organizational culture to help leadership craft data-driven strategies and compelling stories that advance sustainable relationships and growth.


A New York City native, Michele has proudly called Philadelphia home since 1999, leveraging her passion for the arts and culture into service on the board of CultureWorks Greater Philadelphia, a fiscal sponsor and management commons for the arts, heritage, and creative communities. Michele holds a Bachelor of Music from the University of Delaware and a Master of Science in Arts Administration from Drexel University, and enjoys staying active by running, cooking, reading, and experiencing Philadelphia's world-class music venues, eclectic museums, passion for sports, and renowned restaurant scene.
